TROUGH BELT CONVEYOR

Custom designed to meet a customers’ specific product handling requirements, the Trough Belt radius is easily adjustable, utilizing a manually operated lever and detent pin, and can be adjusted to multiple incremental preset conditions. The belt is driven by a compact motorized drive pulley, with spring tensioned snub rollers allowing the conveyor to be compacted to an 8” overall height. The Trough Belt Conveyor frame incorporates a smooth four-point eccentric cam lift mechanism linked to a manually operated worm gear drive by completely enclosed low-profile timing belts. Fully contained air cushions can be added to assist the lifting of the belt conveyor, allowing easy vertical adjustment.
