TIRE STACKER

This particular conveyor was designed to lift tires into a mounting station at a pre-determined production rate. The timing belt conveyor is lifted into position by a rotating arm with a cam follower attachment. As the arm rotates, the conveyor is lifted vertically to a repeatable position. This design allowed for product placement every three (3) seconds. The conveyor also includes a guide system to ensure stability along the vertical travel.
